SmartWallet (the "App") is a personal finance management app for mobile and web. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Data controller: dodeyazilim.
1. Data We Collect
Account info: email address and name (for sign-up and authentication).
Your financial data: transactions, accounts, budgets, goals, debts, and bills you enter. This data is yours and accessible only to you.
Subscription: premium purchase status (via App Store / Google Play).
Technical data: crash logs and anonymous usage statistics to improve the app.

We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS. Your financial data is protected by row-level security (RLS) so that only you can access it.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Access & portability: you may request a copy of your data.
Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all data in-app via Settings → Delete Account, or request it via the email below.
Correction: you can update your information within the app.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.
7. Children's Privacy
SmartWallet is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
